Inside Of Arm Rash Pictures Can Anybody Identify What This "rash" Is?

Can anybody identify what this "rash" is? - inside of arm rash pictures

Last weekend I was very drunk and woke up and has a red spot the size of a quarter under my armpit. It was very tender feelings and the week progressed, it has more red and is only the size of a softball in diameter. It hurts a little when I move and touch the wrong way.
Originally a dark red solid when he was younger and the last two days have been tremendous and is now two different shades of red.
It has two "colors" of red, the outer layer is light red and the inner layer (that is, if you look closely, you can see picture) a very dark red, like raw meat. The three or four days I was very tired and have less headaches all day, I do not know if it is a symptom of the emergence of this "or my overloaded (the job) is very physically demanding at times difficult.
And today I woke up and the red "V"-shaped line (the thickness of a toothpick) in the designated area. I turned to blue in the picture below.

Can someone tell me what the hell? Ihave no health insurance and do not really go to the doctor, if need be.
